Recorded in Johannesburg, South Africa, probably in the late 1950s.
Other side is “Open Coupe”.
Black Mambazo is the name the group Elias and his Zig Zag Jive Flutes also went by. They belong to the group of kwela jazz artists that were popular in the 50s & 60s, with great names like Little Kid Lex, and Swing Tone Whistlers.  Both songs on this 78 are composed & produced by Isaac Nkosi, Rupert Bopape and Zeph Nkabinde.
